Data deletion

Request deletion of your data.

Users can revoke TikTok access and separately request deletion of eligible data held by MiraFlow Studio.

How to request deletion

1. Email from the address associated with your contact or account.
2. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.
3. Provide enough information to identify the integration, such as the TikTok display name.
4. Do not send passwords, tokens, verification codes, identity documents or payment details.

Verification and timing

We may request limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Eligible OAuth records, account links, publishing metadata and contact records will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law, security or an active dispute.

Existing TikTok posts

Deletion from MiraFlow Studio does not remove content already posted to TikTok. Users manage those posts through TikTok.
