Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MiraFlow Studio handles information for this website, MiraFlow Creator, MiraFlow Automation and the TikTok integration.

Information collected

• Basic TikTok account information authorized by the user, including open ID, avatar and display name.
• OAuth authorization metadata required to maintain the connection; we do not collect TikTok passwords.
• User-selected videos, titles, descriptions, tags and publishing choices.
• Publishing identifiers, status, timestamps, errors and limited security logs.
• Contact information and messages voluntarily provided by users.

Purpose and TikTok OAuth

user.info.basic identifies the authorized TikTok account and displays it before upload. video.upload is used only after the user actively confirms the selected video upload. Authorization can be revoked at any time.

Video data

Media is processed only for the workflow requested by the creator. MiraFlow Studio does not initiate publishing without active confirmation.

Retention

OAuth records are retained while the integration remains connected or until expiry or revocation. Publishing metadata and operational logs are normally retained for up to 90 days; contact messages for up to 12 months, unless law, security or an active dispute requires otherwise.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers necessary to operate the requested service, with TikTok for authorized API actions, or where required by law and security obligations.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, credential separation and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Revocation and deletion

Users can revoke access in TikTok connected-app settings and request deletion through our Data Deletion page.
