Terms of Service

Service purpose

MiraFlow Studio provides tools for preparing original media, organizing publishing information, human review and authorized uploads.

Content rights

Users must own or hold all copyright, music, image, likeness and other necessary rights for uploaded content.

Prohibited use

Illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive or privacy-invasive content is prohibited, as are attempts to bypass consent, authentication, rate limits, reviews or platform rules.

Confirmation before upload

Uploads occur only after the user selects the content and actively confirms the action. The user must review the destination account and publishing details.

Third-party platforms

TikTok and other services apply their own rules, availability, moderation and review. MiraFlow Studio cannot guarantee publication or continued API availability.

Interruptions

Features may be delayed by maintenance, network failures, API changes, expired authorization, rate limits, reviews or security incidents. Failed or pending actions are not represented as completed.

Authorization

Users can revoke platform access. Revocation prevents future authorized actions but does not remove content already published on TikTok.

Payments

No paid service is offered through this version of the website. Any future offer will display price, currency and refund terms before purchase.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, MiraFlow Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
